If you have not received your "It's arrived" email to notify you that your order is ready for collection at your chosen store or your order has not been delivered to your home or business address within the timeframes specified, please Contact Us . Please include your order number, which you will find on your till receipt or your order confirmation email.
We aim to fulfil all our orders. However in very rare occasions we may need to cancel item(s). We will always inform you of this via email. Please do not contact the store directly as they are unable to process refunds for cancelled items.
