5 Tips For Surviving Black Friday

5 Tips For Surviving Black Friday

Make way for newness! Black Friday is almost upon us which means it’s time to stock up on style (and clothing!) for the season ahead. Think knitwear, coats and jackets and boots, we mean business. But before you brave the browser battle, check out our top tips for surviving the big BF whether you’re scrollin’ through women’s or men’s….

1. Do your research

When it comes to bagging the best Black Friday bargs, preparation is key. Scout out your fave pieces a few days before and favourite the links, so when you’re good to go there’s no faffing about. Worried about wandering eyes? See also point 3.

2. Set your budget

The excitement of both payday and Black Friday may lead to serious damage to your bank balance. To avoid you having to raid your friends/parents/next-door neighbours kitchen cupboards in order to survive the month, set your spending limit before you head off on your merry way down Black Friday Street. Look at us, all responsible!

3. Don’t go rogue

We get it. It’s easy to get distracted when you spot those ‘omg-I-totally-need-it-but-have-no-occasion-to-wear-it’ dresses, but don’t get too excited and go rogue. You need that Post Office returns queue like a hole in the… who are we kidding? Impulsive shopping is our forte and we wholeheartedly encourage it. Plus, returns at RI are super easy.

4. Stock up on fashion fuel

All that scrolling will make for some SRSLY thirsty/hungry work, so make sure you’re armed with all the snackage you’ll need for a steady stint of screen time. Ain’t nothing funny about your basket timing out and that next-level cute coat landing on someone else’s doormat.

5. Stick to the good stuff

Avoid crashing your phone/laptop/work computer with hundreds of tabs and just stick to one website for a seamless shopping experience. Preferably a one-stop shop which is home to UH-mazing womenswear, menswear and kidswear. One that rhymes with Shiver Ryland. Catch our drift?

GOOD LUCK OUT THERE!
