How did you get into designing?

I was always drawn to what I could not have, and fashion screams exclusivity. It was a world I knew I had to be a part of.

Where do you draw your design influence from?

Usually books or films.

How has working with River Island Design Forum helped you?

I hope to reach out to people who wouldn't usually look at my collections, not only because the price point is a lot higher, but also because it’s a women’s collection and I predominantly design menswear.

What have you learned from working on the Design Forum project?

I absolutely enjoyed working in a large team. My own team is significantly smaller so it's really interesting to see how all major roles come together to put together a collection, from visual merchandising to production, I found it all very informative.

How would you describe your collection and what type of person have you created it for?

The collection treads the line between bohemian and all out Italian goddess.

What’s next for you and what else can we expect from you for 2014?

Lots of exciting things, but sadly nothing I'm allowed to share! You will know, when you know…
