#ImWearingRI | Modern Tailoring

When it comes to Modern Tailoring, it’s time to think outside of the boardroom. So much more than a suit and tie, this season we’re loving jumpsuits, double breasted blazers and Heritage check waistcoats. It’s about taking key tailoring pieces and adding a chic edge to them. Not sure how to work the trend? These guys have got you…

If you buy anything this spring/summer, it needs to be this dreamy blazer and short co-ord. The perfect in-between outfit if you’re more an all-black everything girl but want to branch out into beige. Stay tuned for it to drop on site – we know we are.

Jumpsuits are still a firm favourite in our wardrobes and this khaki one ticks all of our boxes. With a tailored leg and tie waist strap, we’ll be wearing with buckle block heels and a cross body bag like Louise to give it that utility edge.

Oversized double breasted blazers are the way to our hearts. The piece to wear come rain or shine, wear with a white turtle neck, ripped mom jeans and black block heel boots. Monochrome vibes? We’re here for it.

A relaxed suit gets our vote, especially in this gorge copper colour. Swap the tailored trousers for a wide leg style and wear with a matching blazer and oversized button front white shirt. Finish with black leather mules and you’re good to go.

Spring’s here, so skip the blazer and just rock a two piece this season. This brown heritage check waistcoat and skinny trousers are the coolest combo. Just add a white shirt and suede loafers- shades optional.

Not a fan of a full suit? We’re feeling this check blazer and black suit trousers get-up. Add a black tee and matching belt for extra style points and finish with fresh white sneaks. Any excuse to wear trainers, right?

It’s a two piece, but not as you know it. We’re all about dressed down suits for that modern take. Swap the shirt for a slim fit tee and smart shoes for trainers for added cool points. Who’s looking fly? You are.
